And we’re live! The Small Budget Production Initiative (SBPI) Season 7 application window is open August 17 – 24. Designed with local filmmakers in mind, the SBPI incentive program supports Washington-led motion picture projects with budgets between $20,000 and $1M.
While fully funded projects can apply at any time, no funding is needed to apply during open application windows. If approved for the program, Washington Filmworks can provide an early stage funding commitment and act as ‘first money in’ to help facilitate additional project fundraising.
