City of Lacey – May 2017
Situated on the southern tip of the Puget Sound in the shadow of the magnificent Mt. Rainier, Lacey lies in the center of natural paradise. Five freshwater lakes within the city, miles of hiking and bike paths, several championship golf courses, more than 1,200 acres of public parkland, and the adjoining 3700-acre Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. Lacey provides virtually unlimited outdoor recreation.
You’ll find an unbelievable array of arts and events to choose from, including outdoor summer concerts in the park, cinema under the stars, an old-fashioned county fair, a festival of Dixieland jazz, Lacey Spring Fun Fair, and the Pacific Northwest Mushroom Festival.
