Joleen Winther Hughes is the founder and CEO of HMLG, the law firm that provides in-house counsel service to clients who are trendsetters in business. Joleen’s deep ties in the music, gaming and technology industry began in Seattle and quickly expanded worldwide.
With decades of industry experience spanning tech, gaming, music, entertainment, consumer products and media, Joleen has successfully facilitated thousands of strategic transactions across industries. With experience and practical insight, Joleen serves in many roles including general counsel, C-level legal executive, strategic advisor, board member, investor, policy advisor and professor.
Joleen is a former member of the Music Commission for the City of Seattle Office of Film & Music. There she also serves on the Advocacy and Economic Development Committee.
Joleen was also appointed to the Board of Directors at SIFF.
