Patty Warren

Patty has over 40 years of experience, including 11 years at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Patty has worked for HERE, IBEW, UFCW and the Teamsters. She currently is the Director of Negotiations at Teamsters Local 174 where she supervises and monitors over 100 contract negotiations. She negotiates all first contracts for newly organized groups, and participates as co-chair in large negotiations for the Local in industries such as garbage pickup, concrete delivery, construction, alcohol distribution and school bus drivers to name a few. She has been the Business Agent responsible for the Movie Industry since January of 2021.
