In order to recognize the accountability and effectiveness of tax policy, the legislature requires that each production that obtains Washington Filmworks (WF) funding assistance complete and submit a Department of Commerce Production Survey at the completion of the WF Completion Package review process. No funds will be issued until a completed survey has been submitted to the Department of Commerce and a copy has been provided to Julie Daman, Chief of Staff at Washington Filmworks.

In the cases where a separate post production completion package is being filed, a second post production survey will be required.
