FWD, the Workforce Development Office at Washington Filmworks, is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator who will oversee the day-to-day coordination and operations of workforce development programming and initiatives.
This role would work closely with members of the FWD team and other departments to ensure the smooth running of current programs, the successful launch of new initiatives, and the implementation of processes and tools. Current programs include: Above the Line Education Forum + Mentorship program; P.A. Training + Work Experience program (launching in 2026). Additionally, this role would support the facilitation of educational program sessions, panels, info sessions, and community events.
